On this episode of FOX 10 Talks, Trenton Hooker & Brian Webb talk with Harvard University professor Dr. Avi Loeb for his reaction to a new presidential directive that allows former federal employees and contractors to share information about unidentified anomalous phenomena or UAP without violating non-disclosure agreements. When evaluating recent declassified UAP files, Loeb noted that many sightings have natural or human-made explanations, such as a photograph from the Space Shuttle Challenger window that likely shows a broken satellite fragment among the 40,000 pieces of space trash orbiting Earth. However, he emphasized that unexplained sightings remain, including fast-moving, 15-meter Tic Tac objects and mysterious orbs that split into smaller ones. Loeb suggested that some of these unresolved phenomena, which do not produce a sonic boom or friction, could potentially be the result of a billion-dollar government investment in advanced directed-energy laser technology. To further investigate these mysteries, the president recently appointed Loeb to lead a new UAP Science Advisory Council in partnership with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Pentagon. Loeb has assembled a team of 18 scientists with expertise in physics, oceanography, data analysis, statistics, and psychology to collaborate with the government.
