Stir-fry 1.5 tablespoons gochujang, 5g grated garlic, and 5g grated ginger. Stir-fry 1 tablespoon salted fish and 1 teaspoon chili pepper. 300cc water, 10 clams, and 2 teaspoons white dashi. 150g stewed tofu with 1 teaspoon sugar. Add 1/3 long green onion, simmer, and add the egg.
