Intermediate Full Body Vinyasa Yoga Workout - Minimal Cues Yoga For Yoga Flow - YogaCandi
Intermediate full-body vinyasa yoga workout to help strengthen and stretch the entire body and relax the mind. During this yoga flow, we'll practise flowing to one deep breath in the traditional vinyasa way, making this flow a little faster paced than my usual class style. We'll use down dog as our resting yoga pose holding it for 3 breaths but you're welcome to rest in child pose whenever you need too. I hope you guys enjoy this slightly quicker flow, let me know your thoughts and please do leave some classes requests below that I can incorporate into future yoga videos. This yoga sequence is most suitable for experienced students and yoga teachers as only yoga pose names will be said, making this a very minimal cue class with a whole lot of mindful flowing.
