Hello everyone and welcome to my sewing room, today is part 9 of the Misfit Jacket by Maison Fauve; today I will be adding the last piece of the zip, adding the lining and bagging it out, yes its finished, I love it. I am creating a step by step video, as the Misfit jacket pattern is rated Advanced, I’m hoping by having a step by step an intermediate sewist or advanced beginner could tackle this project. The jacket does have welt zip pockets in the front, set on the diagonal, a diagonal separating front zip and gusseted sleeve zips, this will be why it is rated as advanced, I think most sewists that have made a shirt with a collar and cuffs could successfully tackle this jacket challenge.
