And the courts provide answers. A military lawyer knows that most TsK search cases result in a positive decision: the courts oblige the TsK to remove information about violations of military registration rules from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service, and Reservists. Many judges also specifically indicate the need to remove information about the search.
