Geraldine Hunt, née le 10 février 1945 à St. Louis (Missouri) et morte le 27 octobre 2022, est une chanteuse et productrice américaine de musique disco. En 1980, Geraldine Hunt donnera naissance à ce qui sera le plus grand tube de sa carrière. « Can't fake the feeling » sortant chez le label Disco new-yorkais Prism. Très vite, la Chanson tourne en boucle sur presque toutes les grandes stations de radio du monde. Par la suite, elle sera la Chanson préférée des discothèques et des DJs, apparaissant ainsi dans de nombreuses compilations disco. On ne compte plus les remixes récents de ce méga-tube. Ce tube propulsera également la vente de l'album du même nom, faisant ainsi de Geraldine Hunt une chanteuse au rang de superstar.
