War Thunder's Most Useless Tank

SPAA vehicles in War Thunder are typically very good at destroying tanks as well, but the Swedish USH 204 GK does not fit this rule at all. The USH is a very small and ratty autocannon vehicle, but it has little penetration and or survivability. It can barely destroy anything that isn't light tank.
