Lake District Fly fishing for Brown Trout at Kentmere Tarn May 26,

This video shows a few visits to fly fish for brown trout n the Cumbrian Lake District. The location is Kentmere Tarn in Kentmere Valley. Staveley Anglers controls access to the Tarn and about 7 miles of the river Kent for trout and salmon fishing from just below Staveley up to Kentmere Tarn. Membership and day tickets can be bought at the newsagent in Staveley. The tarn stocked with brown trout and there are some larger specimens that have been in there a number of years. Staveley is the gateway to the Lake District and is a good place to try fly fishing in Cumbria for the first time.
