Session 2: Case-based management and care delivery in medically underserved populations This two-part webinar series focused on strengthening colorectal cancer screening, prevention, and care delivery within health center settings. The series provided practical, case-based learning to support improved screening practices and patient engagement. Participants reviewed screening protocols based on guidance from the American College of Gastroenterology and examined real-world scenarios that address clinical considerations and health-related needs that influence screening adherence and follow-up care. Through applied examples and guided discussion, participants built skills in interpreting screening findings, identifying risk factors, and determining appropriate next steps for patients. This series also highlighted telehealth and coordinated care strategies that support screening access and continuity of care.
