Megatoma San Antonio: Fracaso de la negociación entre Gobierno e inmobiliaria por compra de terreno

No agreement was reached between the government and the San Antonio real estate company, owner of the land for the Cerro Centinela mega-takeover in San Antonio, Valparaíso. After more than six months of failed negotiations, the company has now announced legal action to evict 10,000 people, affecting 4,000 families. The real estate company argued a lack of information about the buyers and financing. The Ministry of the Interior (MINVU) pointed out discrepancies in the land appraisal, with the owners' proposal tripling the value they had proposed.
