Steel Bending| Forearm/ Grip Training

'Give me a forearm training workout'. 'What is your training for forearms?' Well, since I'm just a bag of mysteries and sunshine, how about some steel bending? I've been saving this little hunk of metal for trying to bend on camera because I knew already I'd be able to manage it. What I like doing though, is picking one of my many accumulated pieces of metal that are way too thick to bend right now, and still trying to. This acts as an isometric exercise for your entire upperbody and even lower body if you're REALLY getting into it. Just make sure you don't pass out. Do any steel bending or training at your own risk, because in this day and age, anything is a risk. Try lift a barbell and you may just be crushed by a falling piano.
