Israel, Torah, and the New Covenant: Dr. Brown's Interview with Good News for Israel

How do you reconcile the seemingly contradictory messages from Romans 10:4 and Romans 3:31? Paul writes in Hebrews 8:13: In that He says, "A new covenant," He has made the first obsolete. How what is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to vanish away. (NKJV) Many have taken this to mean he has done away with the Old Testament (the Hebrew Scriptures) in contrast to Jesus' teaching in Matthew chapter 5. Does this mean Paul had a greater revelation of God's will that Jesus? (2:05) Part of the mission of Good News For Israel is the reconciliation of Jews and Gentiles. If Jews love the Torah and Gentiles hate the law, how is reconciliation possible? (6:01) God gives many instructions regarding feast in the Old and New Testaments. However, what He says about the feasts seems to change. (Leviticus 23:2, Isaiah 1:13-14, Amos 5:21, Colossians 2:16, Galatians 4:10-11). Sometimes the feasts are regarded as extremely Holy and other times God seems indifferent. How can these ideas be reconciled? (7:57) Reconciliation for Jewish and Gentile believers can be difficult when it comes to holidays with differing origins such as Passover and Easter. How can the two be reconciled? (13:20)
