These relationships were long-distance, even though the partner lived in the same city. Germany's most famous tattoo artist and BB RADIO presenter, Daniel Krause, nevertheless experienced an East-West relationship that lasted over 10 years. Dancer and choreographer Detlef D! Soost can also look back on 10 years of an East-West relationship: his wife was born in Denmark and grew up in England. Professional boxer Axel Schulz is also married to a woman from the West, demonstrating that borders and walls could and can be overcome with love.
