Pocket Operator Office (PO-24) First Jam
From the demos online, the PO-24 doesn't look especially musical... just making a bunch of atonal glitches. Even folks who usually make tunes that I like didn't seem to be able to get it to sound very good. In many ways, it seems kind of like the runt of the Pocket Operator range. Naturally, that piqued my curiousity, and I wondered whether I could do anything with it. I found one going cheap second hand, and had a bash. This is my first jam with it, and only it. Literally, this is the first bunch of patterns I sat down and created over the space of half an hour. It turns out this thing is an industrial beast, and far deeper than expected. I love it. -- Find me on Instagram: / allmyfriendsaresynths My blog with music and write ups: http://unexpectedbowtie.com My DIY tape label, Cow Tongue Taco Records: https://cowtonguetacorecords.bandcamp...
