SANGA is a music unit that takes inspiration from the location. DJ Yuta selects the songs while Ayumu improvises. 《What is SANGA?》 SANGA is an improvised music unit formed by Totty: a video creator and producer, Ayumu Yamashita: a multi-creator and musician, and Yuta Otani: a member of the DJ team Shonan Balearic. 《Why SANGA?》 SANGA is named after the concept of “connecting the world with harmony,” which is derived from the Sanskrit word saṃgha, which means “companion,” “flock,” or “community,” and also means “現前 (Genzen in Japanese means presence) Sanga” ( sammukhībhūta-saṃgha in Sanskrit). The music played by SANGA is meant to remind us of the role of music in connecting the natural world and the human world, connecting people from different worlds through music, and reminding us that we are all equally brilliant beings in music.
