BEDTIME YOGA (AND NIGHTTIME RITUALS)
This is my nighttime Bedtime Yoga ritual. I do this every evening about twenty minutes before I lay down to sleep. This helps me get a deeper, uninterrupted sleep. I still get weird dreams with an elephant here and there but eh, nothing I can do there! I make variations to the routine each night depending on what muscles need stretching each day but for the most part, this routine is a fairly static one.
