Ingredients: 500g ground beef 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely diced carrot 1 dash of oil 6 crushed garlic cloves 1/2 finely chopped bell pepper 1 diced ripe tomato 2 tablespoons tomato paste or pulp 1 finely chopped sprig of cilantro 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2 teaspoons sweet paprika, paprika, annatto, or ground achiote Preparation: Place a deep frying pan on the heat and add a dash of oil, the finely chopped onion, and the crushed garlic.
