2021 Global Graduate Orientation
A huge welcome to close to 900 new graduates who joined our 2021 Graduate Programme at Deutsche Bank. As part of their Orientation, they heard about the major topics shaping the bank. Themes including ESG, culture, technology, transformation, equality and risk were discussed by Management Board members over the course of two days, each with lively Q&A sessions. In between, graduates took part in a Professional Skills Day, with interactive sessions focusing on the development of soft skills to be successful in the finance industry. The event is followed by Divisional Technical Training and the start of a 12-month continuous learning journey. In addition, to ensure our graduates can reduce stress and anxiety, inside and outside of work, they will also join a Graduate Wellbeing Programme. https://careers.db.com/students-gradu...
