Confitería Conchi is already a benchmark in the Asturian pastry sector. Well-known for the excellence of its bartolo cakes, this business was the great dream of Paulino, who sadly passed away shortly after the pastry shop opened in 2000. His wife, Conchi, has continued to run the confectionery, where their two sons, Héctor and José, after intensive training, are establishing themselves as two regionally recognized pastry chefs. Currently, Confitería Conchi employs 14 people, including her two daughters-in-law, who still get emotional when remembering the mentor of a confectionery whose cakes are enjoyed throughout Asturias.
