DISCLAIMER: In Minecraft, there are two types of ticks that are easy to confuse: Game Ticks: The game runs at 20 ticks per second. → 1 Game Tick = 0.05 seconds Redstone Ticks: Many redstone components (like repeaters) operate on a different timing. → 1 Redstone Tick = 2 Game Ticks = 0.1 seconds So when I talk about "ticks" it's about game ticks.
