The Pagan Shrines of Samogitia | Samogitia | Teutonic Road Trip 2022

An ice cream for anyone who can count the number of times I say "Pagan Shrine" in this video, but then again that's what this episode is all about. I am leaving Klaipeda and the Baltic coast (for a couple of days) to explore the Lithuanian region of Samogitia, the last area in Europe to become christianized. But the pagan spirit remains and old places of worship are revived for pagan rites and debauchery. Well, I don't actually know if it's true that there is debauchery in these places so I decide to visit the most famous Pagan Shrine in Samogitia, Žemaičių Alkas near Sventoji. What will I find, I don't even know what a shrine is?
