¿ESTÁS VIVIENDO LA VIDA QUE VINISTE A VIVIR?

Do you remember who you are? Today I want to share a very personal reflection. I don't intend to give lessons or tell anyone how they should live their life. Each person travels a unique path and learns in different ways. What I share here are some things I've learned, experienced, and verified throughout my own journeys. At 44, I've come to understand that often, discomfort, anger, a feeling of emptiness, or profound exhaustion aren't always related to what's happening outside of us. Sometimes they're related to having distanced ourselves from what we truly love, from our talents, from our dreams, or from what gives meaning to our lives. And as I usually do, I share these reflections with a mix of depth, humor, a touch of sarcasm, and that hint of the ridiculous that, for better or for worse, comes quite naturally to me. Because I believe life is too important to always take it too seriously. Perhaps you won't agree with everything I say. And that's okay. My intention isn't to convince you of anything, but to share some questions that have helped me and that might also guide you on your own journey. Because I'm increasingly convinced that many people don't need to become someone else. Perhaps they just need to reconnect with themselves. Thank you for joining me.
