Pokémon Storm Silver Mono-Fire Run (Part 7, Pryce Split)

The seventh split of Storm Silver is the calm before the storm that is the endgame. We do get access to the Battle Frontier at this point which does give access to a few new things such as infinite TMs for Earthquake, Bulk Up, and Will o’ Wisp. We also get access to all of the Choice Items which amplifies the power of our team even further. In terms of major trainers, we have to face Petrel, a tag battle against Ariana, and Pryce. Fire/Fighting Pokémon such as Blaziken and Infernape are excellent against Petrel’s team, as long as you have coverage for the Crobat. For Ariana, Arcanine does well against her team with Typhlosion cleaning up what’s left with powerful Flamethrowers. Then there’s Pryce, which being weak to Fire-type moves, made him about as easy as Jasmine. Blaziken couldn’t solo sweep this one but Solar Power Charizard annihilated what Blaziken could not, allowing for another easy gym battle.
