Pokemon Crystal Version #10 - Blackthorn Gym, & Dragon's Den

Part 10 of my Crystal Adventure covers over completing the Blackthorn Gym and the Exam at the Dragon's Den to obtain the Rising Badge and be able to Take on the Elite 4 in the Pokemon League along with being able to ride up Waterfalls. I forgot the Extreme Speed Dratini award is given after Clair gives you the Dragonbreath TM so I re did the Exam by accident. Before I surf over to Kanto, I will revisit Mt. Mortar to explore the place fully and get the Dragon Scale that lies there so I can then evolve my Seadra into a Kingdra prior to the Elite 4. I might also consider changing the time of day in the Ice Path just to get a Jynx and modify her to Level 40 only to hunt for Entei and Raikou as I reckon with the Badge boost and modified stats, she can outspeed those 2 to Mean Look them and put them to sleep with Lovely Kiss. (I want to have content in trying to catch them instead of just cloning Master Balls like I did years ago on my physical copy)
