Dr. Khaled Hamid Chowdhury, Advocate, Appellate Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh, a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn with 27 years standing, head of chambers at Dr. Khaled H Chowdhury & Associates (Dispute Management Specialists). Currently, he serves as a legal adviser to the Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the Dhaka Metropolitan Police. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, CEDR and ADR-ODR International Accredited Mediator, Fellow of AIAC and AIADR, Malaysia, and an Empaneled Mediator and Arbitrator at BIAC. Dr. Chowdhury excels in Academia, heading the London College of Legal Studies South, and is also an adjunct professor at renowned universities in Bangladesh. He received his LLB from the University of Dhaka, his MA in Legal Studies at the University of Newcastle, UK, and his LLM from King's College London.
