With their bare hands, they extract the nuts that contain the almonds exported to delicatessens around the world... In his old truck, EDGAR must transport them as quickly as possible to a reprocessing plant... Like him, RAMIRO must transport another wealth looted in the forest: wood… The road could be a walk in the park, but in Bolivia, the continuous massacre of the forest upsets the ecosystem and causes unprecedented climatic disturbances. Exceptional rains surprise the two drivers and the Amazonian rivers overflow over millions of hectares. The main road to the capital LA PAZ is submerged. In a few days the country was cut in two and there were more than 100,000 victims. Hostages to landslides and the fury of the waters, the journey of the two men who struggle to save their livelihood and their truck becomes an incredible ordeal in the heart of the deluge...
