HONDA ACCORD NO CRANK DEAD BRICKED BCM KEY PROGRAM FIX

In today's video we take a look at a 2021 Honda Accord with a 4 cylinder engine. The owners complaint is that the vehicle is a no crank no start. They recently had a locksmith come out and try to program a brand new key from the dealership, however during the programming they managed to lock up the BCM and now it will no longer accept any keys. According to this Honda Service Bulletin https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/202... The BCM can become damaged when trying to use an aftermarket programmer to add a key. The fix for this would be to have the vehicle towed to a Honda dealer and pay to replace the BCM and program new keys. However, there is a work around that I have read about on several locksmith forums. They say that you can actually get the vehicle to start using a generated Xhorse Universal Smart key.
