A real, unfiltered day in our Afghan home. In this video: • Arzo, our daughter, studies at home because girls are not allowed to attend school after 6th grade in Afghanistan. She follows 7th-grade lessons on YouTube – with full dedication and hope. • Our sons, Omid and Arman, come home from school. They greet their mother, share stories about their day, and change out of their uniforms. • Mother serves lentil stew (Adas) for lunch. We all gather around the dastarkhan (floor table) and eat together. • After lunch, the children do their homework and study. No script. No actors. No political message.
