Allegations of substandard construction work have surfaced over the road connecting Dhrana Main Road to Bani Sharif Ziyarat in Mendhar. Local residents claim the ₹1.79 crore project developed cracks and damage shortly after completion, raising questions over the quality of work and possible irregularities. People have accused the contractor and PWD officials of negligence and demanded a CBI probe into the matter. Social activist Syed Janid Hussain Shah Ashrafi alleged that repeated complaints were ignored by the concerned department.
