This parable is one of the most discussed pages of the Gospel, both because the analogy is not immediately clear, and because it deals with a delicate and sensitive topic: the relationship between religion and money. However, reading the parable isolated from its context does not lead to anything or even leads astray, but if we read it with more attention to what precedes and what follows it, rereading it also in the light of Luke's message, interesting glimpses open up.
