Hot Wings Recipe Ingredients 1 kg Chicken Wings 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Mustard Paste 6 Eggs 1 tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Flour 1 cup Cornflour Oil for Deep Frying Method Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Add vinegar to the wings and let them soak (deep) for 20–30 minutes. After soaking, drain excess vinegar. In a bowl, add eggs, mustard paste, garlic powder, red chili powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well. Add the chicken wings to this mixture and coat thoroughly. In a separate bowl, mix flour and cornflour. Coat each wing with the flour-cornflour mixture. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Deep fry the wings until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
