Canberra has always been unique, I grew up just outside Australia's national capital and spent more than 20 years in and around the city. At the time, I never really questioned what made is so different. Looking back though, Canberra is unlike anywhere else in Australia. In this video, we explore the city centre, the National Triangle, take in the incredible views from Mt Ainslie and so much more. Discover why Canberra's layout, history and culture make it such an unusual place to grow up. Along the way, I also catch up with a long-time local to hear their perspective on life in the capital.
