In the first part of my trip to Syria, I'm in the streets of Damascus. In this ancient city, which has stood for centuries, I explored its historic markets, old neighborhoods, and areas bearing the scars of war. On one hand, thousands of years of history, on the other, the traces left by the recent past… This video is the beginning of my first day in Damascus.
