We take you on a tour with Colin and Mary-Ann Baker through their extraordinary backyard orchard. They have a passion for rare sub-tropical fruit trees, and have planted over 350 different varieties. All of the fruit trees have been planted within the last 4 years, and they have achieved incredible growth in that time, producing food for their family and their neighbours too. The orchard is based on permaculture principles and they are using a forest mulch throughout and they have no irrigation. What!? No irrigation?
