I stayed at a different hotel than last time. I've traveled to all 47 prefectures of Japan and stayed at many hotels. I've stayed at most of the nationwide chain hotels, but my favorite business hotel chain is Super Hotel. Super Hotel has many locations with natural hot springs, and the facilities and rooms are generally very clean. They use healthy ionized water. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious. The customer service is better than other hotel chains. The Super Hotel I stayed at in Kumamoto City offered unlimited drinks (local sake, shochu, etc.) and soft drinks from evening to night. The location is a little away from the main shopping area, but within walking distance. There's also a restaurant on the first floor serving local fish and horse sashimi.
