In this episode, I depart from Alberobello with its famous Trulli, through the Itria Valley, to Martina Franca, Grottaglie, Manduria, and arrive at the Salina dei Monaci Nature Reserve, among the dunes of Torre Colimena, on the Ionian Sea.
