A Day in an Artist's Life: Studio, Beach, Reflections and Ice Cream!
Join me for a couple of days in my life as I work on the sixth sphere in my Suspended Worlds series, adding wire mesh and chicken wire to its frame. I take a break with my friend Mary for a wonderful afternoon at the beach, then return to the studio and share a deliciously easy 2-ingredient ice cream recipe—no machine required! Back at work, I reflect on the idea of “duty” as it relates to womanhood, motherhood, and the need to be needed. I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
