Efeito Imediato da Terapia Inalatória + Shaker® na Fibrose Cística

This horizontal video was created with the aid of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to translate and present, in an accessible and visual way, the main findings of a scientific study conducted with children and adolescents with cystic fibrosis, evaluating the immediate effect of inhalation therapy associated with oscillatory positive expiratory pressure (OPEP), using the Shaker® device (NCS, Brazil). The study compared two types of inhalation: 🔹 Dornase alfa (DNase) 🔹 Hypertonic saline solution (HSS – 7%) And analyzed, through impulse oscillometry (IOS), the impact of these therapies on airway resistance and reactance, before and after the use of the OPEP device.
