Craftsman 917 Snowblower Repairs: Lift Cable & Brake Pads

Early into the winter season the lift release cable for the snowblower attachment snapped, so I was able to order a new one and while I was working on things I figured it was as good a time as any to replace the brake pads after having almost no braking for a couple years.
