The manufacturing process of a new poly V-belt pulley on a lawn mower. From casting to installation. The result wasn't very neat or glossy, but it was fully functional. This video was released after several field tests. The problem with the Bosch lawn mower is that there's no belt tension adjustment. The belt itself is a rare size, 370 mm long. Buying an original is pointless; copies are made with different dimensions. Ultimately, in this case, the pulley was machined specifically to fit commercially available belts, with the required tension. The video briefly shows the main steps.
