Homeowner told to board up before bonfire

A homeowner has raised concerns about the impact a nearby bonfire could have on his property after receiving a letter from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive offering to supply protective boards for his windows — but stating he would need to arrange fitting himself because his home is not an NIHE property. Tim McCullagh spoke to the Stephen Nolan Show and explained why he believes the situation is unfair. Loyalist community worker Jim Wilson also takes part in the discussion, responding to the concerns and discussing the wider issues surrounding bonfires and community safety. #bbcnewsni #northernireland #bonfire
