Homeowner told to board up before bonfire

A homeowner has raised concerns about the impact a nearby bonfire could have on his property after receiving a letter from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive offering to supply protective boards for his windows — but stating he would need to arrange fitting himself because his home is not an NIHE property.
