Zoomorphic Snake Electric Cello Build

Built this little oddity recently out of douglass fir, oak, birch, and a dowel of unknown composition, as well as various other hardware, including a "piezo sandwich" pickup I came up with. For the demo, I had it tuned a fifth down from standard cello to F. The cello bow and a new set of strings (cos I messed up the winding on the low string) isn't coming until next week or later, but I think this demo (skill of approximately 1 hour) will suffice for now.
