1970's Sanyo 8" Ventilating Fan

Here's a small fan that's starting to get pretty rare, it's a Sanyo ventilating fan, model EK-20FRK in white, gold, & dark brown. I bought this fan from a scrapper at the outskirts of my city for a pretty good price considering that it's an old fan with Japanese build quality. It is a "high mileage" fan yes, but honestly these things if you don't mess with the dual voltage systems, and give it some light maintenance every now and then, it will run forever without a single drop of sweat, that's how reliable they are. This fan has the same overall size as both my Sanyo EK-20ARJK, but it's a lot thicker in the metal frame part, making the grille a lot more slim. The motor on this one is also a lot more beefier. The blades have less surface area than my 2 other 8 inchers, but the pitch is a whole lot deeper. This fan moves a lot more air on both directions compared to my EK-20ARJKs. There's still some things that can get a bit more work on, the gold strips on the left, and right edge of the grille for example, and the motor direction switch, which don't always engage. But overall it's looking great so far. Check out my main Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/the.fan.uni...
