Swedish meatballs with IKEA sauce / @JanaCJany Ingredients - meatballs 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 500g of ground beef 500g of minced pork 1 onion 3 cloves of garlic 2 eggs 10 spoons of milk 2 teaspoons of salt oil for frying sauce - 45g of butter 45g plain flour 200 ml of whipped cream approx. 31% 500 ml of broth 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - you may or may not/ I forgot it/ as a side dish we had french fries made dry in a hot air fryer.
