Today we will be taking you on a full experience from buying tickets to enter, wandering the grounds, dealing with sellers, entering a pyramid and seeing what foods/drinks are available on site. They even have a free shuttle bus system to drive you around the grounds if you don't want to walk. Built roughly 4,500 years ago during Egypt’s Old Kingdom (around 2550 to 2490 BCE), the Pyramids of Giza are three massive stone monuments constructed on the desert plateau just outside modern Cairo. They were built as grand royal tombs for three successive Pharaohs—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—who believed these giant structures would help secure their journey into the afterlife and showcase their power as living gods. The largest of the three, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, originally stood about 481 feet (146 meters) tall and was assembled using over two million heavy limestone blocks stacked by tens of thousands of skilled workers and laborers. Today, as the oldest and only surviving wonder of the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Giza complex remains a symbol of ancient engineering, history, and human ambition.
