Remember that the initial 2 chains are considered turning chains and they DON’T count as a stitch. R1: DC 7 starting from the 3rd CH from the hook, 6DC into last chain. You are now working on the opposite side of the foundation chain. DC 6, 5DC into the last CH, SS to join. 24 R2: Ch 2, INC, DC 6, (INC) x 6 times, DC 6, (INC) x 5 times, SS to join. 36 R3: Ch 2, INC, DC 1+6, (INC, DC 1) x 6 times, DC 6, (INC, DC 1) x 5 times, SS to join. 48 (that's the last row you see in the video) R4: Ch 2, INC, DC 2+6, (INC, DC 2) x 6 times, DC 6, (INC, DC 2) x 5 times, SS to join. 60 R5: Ch 2, INC, DC 3+6, (INC, DC 3) x 6 times, DC 6, (INC, DC 3) x 5 times, SS to join. 72 R6: Ch 2, INC, DC 4+6, (INC, DC 4) x 6 times, DC 6, (INC, DC 4) x 5 times, SS to join. 84 Fasten off. You could start to substitute the R6 with Single Crochet (SC), remember that if you use SC, you have to do only 1 CH at the beginning, instead of 2.
