CAN IT RUN SILENT HILL 2 in 2026 !? (Steam) | RTX 3050 Ti 4GB VRAM | Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57

Hello! Been playing this game recently along with Requiem on my free time. I don't care if I'm late to the party (as always) I'll make a video about it anyway as future reference for people with the same laptop! Here's me playing from the start to the game and the beginning area of the Brookhaven Hospital. Some important notes below 👇👇 For the sake of having smoother gameplay when recorded, I set the DLSS supersampling preset to Balanced. You can definitely set it to Quality, works fine and is what I use regularly. On the Advanced Quality Settings tab you can actually max out everything except the Shadows. I keep it at low, it seems to be the most taxing part of the game. That and Ray Tracing. Never turn on RT. For the Scene Occlusion, after some testing I concluded that HZB would be better for this GPU, probably just by a small margin. I do launch the game in DX11 mode rather than 12. I still find the fidelity to be amazing with it, and no UE5 crashes compared to DX12.
