The secret to fluffy pancakes in 5 minutes

I’m going to share the secret to making fluffy oladyi (thick pancakes) with you. It’s quick and easy. The whole secret lies in the preparation method; watch the video to the end to learn how to make them right. Important: the fermented milk product must be at room temperature. Also, it is crucial to mix thoroughly after adding the baking soda. Do not touch the batter after that. Let it rest for 15–30 minutes, then cook immediately. Ingredients: 40 g kefir or buttermilk (plain Greek yogurt also works); 220–250 g wheat flour (the amount depends on the consistency of the fermented milk product used); 50 g sugar; 3 g salt; 3 g baking soda.
