きのこ狩り　久しぶりの雨でアカヤマドリが…

In the latter half of August, heavy rain showers were falling every day, so I went to check on the mountain. I was surprised to see a large outbreak of red yamadori mushrooms. I also saw a variety of other mushrooms, such as mountain croaker and goat mushroom. They were all in good condition, and I was able to pick quite a few. On this day, I made risotto doria. The balance of flavors between the cheese and red yamadori mushrooms was excellent, and it was very delicious.
