Making Elderberry Wine!! The hillbilly Way! !

About any editable berries or fruit will work. Wine yeast is best, but bread yeast will work if that is all you have. The better yeast will make better tasting wine. If you have never tried this, start with a small batch in a gallon jug. It's not hard to do, just make sure everything is clean. Don't use soap, bleach or chlorinated water, it will kill your yeast. Just another way to enjoy the outdoors and the wild plants and animals that live there. All joking aside, this wine turned out pretty good! Good luck and enjoy!
